The provincial Elmie Cup Robotics competitions were held in Ilam on November 21, 2009, for one day, in the Combat Robot League. Ten provincial teams participated in this event. The nature of this competition was completely different from line follower leagues. Here, there was no black line or optical sensors. Instead, direct impact, destructive power, agility, and real-time strategy determined the winner and loser. The competition format was knockout based on a draw. In each round, two teams faced each other, fought like warriors, and only the winner advanced to the next stage. This format was ruthless but incredibly exciting. One small mistake in robot design or control, or a wrong move in the final seconds of a fight, could shatter a team's dreams forever. The psychological pressure on participants was extremely high. I participated in these competitions with burning motivation, after weeks of effort to design a durable, fast, and powerful combat robot. Every part of the robot was carefully chosen: from strong geared motors to protective armor, from agile wheels to a low-latency remote control system. On competition day, the hall was filled with the sound of metal clashes, the excited shouts of spectators, and moments that made every participant's heart race. I advanced round by round. Relying on good design and intelligent strategy, I managed to defeat some strong opponents. Ultimately, after several intense and close matches, I placed among the top four teams. Although I could not reach the finals or claim first to third place, winning fourth place among 10 provincial teams in the Combat Robot League was an achievement I am proud of. The Combat Robot League is not for the weak. It is an arena of technical courage, design bravery, and coolness under pressure. Fourth place for me was a podium of honor, proving that in one of the toughest and most ruthless robotics leagues, I had the ability to compete with the best. This experience became a spark for competing in combat leagues of larger competitions in later years.
